Drop-In Visits
Scheduled visits to feed, play, refresh water and litter, administer medication, and send you a written update with every stop. Cat visits run 30 or 60 minutes; dog drop-ins are built around a private walk.
Overnight Stays
A concierge sleeps at your home, so your pet gets dinner, walks, play time, and company on their usual schedule. Overnight fees are doubled for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.).
Medical Cases Welcome
We handle injections, post-surgical care, senior pets, and complex medication schedules. Our team includes a licensed veterinary technician with 26 years of experience in internal medicine, critical care, emergency medicine, and surgery.
Dogs, Cats & Exotics
Our concierges cared for birds, reptiles, and small mammals professionally at the Animal Care Centers of NYC, and our team includes a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.
